Who We Are
We are fitness swimmers, triathlete swimmers, competitive swimmers and noncompetitive swimmers. We are pool swimmers and open water swimmers. We are fast and we are slow. We are young and we are old. We are men and we are women. What we have in common is we love to swim. When we are swimming, we are having fun.

Senior Games Update: If you qualified for the Senior Olympics last year, you must register for the National Senior Olympics to swim in July. REGISTRATIONS CLOSE ON Wednesday, May 1, 2013. Volunteers also needed! The 2013 National Senior Games will need 4,000 volunteers to make the games a success. Volunteers will be needed at the CSU Natatorium for the swimming evnets, and also all other competition sites, the AstraZeneca Athlete Village, hotels and more. Interested in helping out? O*H*I*O Masters Swim Club
With over 300 members, O*H*I*O (Old Hearts Inspiring Others) Masters Swim Club is the largest masters swim club in Ohio. Most of our members come from Northeast Ohio. We offer organized workouts at five locations in Northeast Ohio. O*H*I*O Masters Swim Club was organized in 1974 by Jack Van Horn, Tim Timken, John Humphries and Ted Branin at the Branin Natatorium in Canton, Ohio. Jack Van Horn was the first President and Mr. Branin was the Coach. The first meet was held on December 1st, 1974. In 1976, one of the members, the late Harry Fox, designed and created the Top-Ten Patch, which is still being used nationwide. Masters swimming was officially adopted in 1972, making the O*H*I*O Masters Swim Club one of the oldest Masters swim clubs in the United States. In 2009, O*H*I*O Masters Swim Club celebrates its 35th anniversary. Membership in O*H*I*O Masters also automatically enrolls you in U.S. Masters Swimming.

U. S. Masters Swimming
United States Masters Swimming is a national organization that provides organized workouts, competitions, clinics, and workshops for adults aged 18 and over. Programs are open to all adult swimmers who are dedicated to improving their fitness through swimming. There are Masters swim clubs in all 50 states.
